The new co-op-based Mann vs. Machine mode in Team Fortress 2 is great! I mean, it’s hard, sure. I was stuck on the last wave of robots with a ragtag group of mercenaries for a couple of hours before I was finally willing to give it up. And you’re just out of luck if someone decides to leave the game. Sometimes Steam will replace your lost comrade, but only if it’s in a good mood.
